Ignatian Spirituality is a source of wisdom that can help you to discover a new way of living. We offer several options to enrich your spiritual dimension and your relationship with God. The first challenge is just trying...for beginners (people who do not have any spiritual experience) we offer a plan called: PLAN 0. For people who have an active spiritual life, we offer the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. The first option lasts a couple of months; the second one six months as a minimum.
